On the G train in Brooklyn, with the Strangers ad. A lot of the ads on the subway remain forever mysterious to me. Maybe it's better that way.
Rainy day on the F train -- dripping umbrellas everywhere make it clear what's happening outside.
Mellow afternoon at Bar Adirondack in Windsor Terrace/Kensington: martinis for two. Our neighborhood used to be a restaurant/bar wasteland. That's been changing for the last 5 or so years. It's nice to have places to hang out we can walk to, but it's disconcerting as well. We're getting dragged into Hipster Nation.
