[By Jeroen Janssen in Doel] Another cold day in Doel. It's official now! Doel will remain a residential area. As long as the Flemish governement doesn't find another trick to skirt the arrest of the European court which forbids to build a dock in Doel?
When inhabitants who sold their houses are leaving the village now, the houses will be rent to young families.
But the vandals are ill-informed about that fact and continue their demolishing job.
A cold day. My fingers are freezing. The village pub is closed. But one person is always there. Emilienne. She offers me a bowl of soup and some stories.
To avoid freezing fingers I promise myself to use only one or two pens from now. So I lose less time scrambling all the time among too many pens pencils and felt tips.

Nobody in the village today. Unless Emilienne. And a pheasant who doesn't fear the hunters.
