These days it's common for the district offices to be built in bigger and new trend design. The excessive cost for the construction remains debt occasionally. When I came to visit this office I looked up the frontal feature. It seemed to be monotonous in color and flat frontal plane compared to the other new district office buildings. While I was drawing it I found solar energy plates on wall. I called the building administrating officer and got information that the building was built on 1979 and set the energy plates two years ago. I thought it would look better without the plates. This kind of box style building may be convenient for visitors and workers there. The big ground park is easier for them than to go down to the underground parking lots which could be found in newly built office buildings. I asked the officer about the plan for remodel or reconstruction. He said 'Not yet!'. I took some rest under the shade of tree sketching the building and sunlit ground.
