[By Javier de Blas, symposium 2016 correspondent]
Yesterday, 27th in the morning, I went to sketch some sketchers who went to draw what Tina called "the pointy gothic thing" (I confess I don't know its name). In the afternoon I reported both sketchwalk and Symposioun presentation.
The sketchwalk at the canal basins of Castlefields was really enjoyable. Amazing "film atmosphere" .
About the Symposium presentation I came late, cause I still wanted to sketch "the last sketcher" among all this postindustrial landscape I could only raugh. But enjoyed recording the aperitif atmosphere in that fast sketch. Also some people at the living room, as Rita who was really elegant.
The dinner was outside, even though the cool weather, but the english meal at Thomas Chop House was perfect.
Duarte, the youngest participant was also a nice part of my recording.
