Finding time to sketch amidst busy teaching schedule

[By Don Low in Singapore] I have a busy teaching schedule this year so I have to look out for any available time to sketch. So when I have given work to my students and while they were focused on doing their assignments in the drawing studio, I would sneak out my sketchbook to sketch them. Its good opportunity to make quick studies of them working in the studio since they could hold a pose for quite a long period of time, for at least a minute or 2, except for some who fidget a lot. I like how each one of them would adopt very different drawing poses. Every pose told a different story about their attitudes, attention span and how attentive they were in their work.
