I've finally filled my small sketchbook after six months. It's really a challenge to draw in such a sketchbook that's the size of a palm. But it's fun as well as it challenges you to think differently, how to draw in a more simplified manner. Often than not, if you're the type of sketcher who likes details, drawing so small is going to frustrate you. I recently made a video talking the challenges/frustrations about drawing in sketchbooks of different sizes.
Here are a selection of my sketches.

This was drawn at Changi Airport while waiting for my flight to Hanoi. Hanoi is such an interesting place to sketch. I filled up one A5 sketchbook during the week I was there. I could spend months there.

This is the skyline of Singapore from the Esplanade waterfront.

Here I used pencils for lines instead of pens. It does look very different compared to my pen ink watercolour sketches.

Chinatown draw with coloured ink pens and watercolour.
The sketchbook is The Perfect Sketchbook that I received from backing the Kickstarter project. It's not available for sale. But anyway, like I've said, it's really very challenging to draw in a sketchbook so small.
Check out all the sketches on my blog.
Or watch this video of the flip-through.
