Urban Sketchers is an all-volunteer nonprofit that organizes an annual Symposium, sketching workshops, educational programs, and other events; oversees the blog; works with sponsors; oversees Regional Chapters and membership; and communicates with thousands of people around the globe.

- Secretary. The secretary is responsible for maintaining the organization’s records, including the minutes of board meetings. Assumes role of president in the absence of the president. Members of the Executive Board are charged with the specific duties of their office, management of their committee, and/or specific project or projects chosen in support of our long term mission. - Washington State Nonprofit Liaison. We are in need of someone who does or has worked with nonprofit organizations in the state of Washington to help answer questions and find information regarding the Urban Sketchers non-profit organization, which is registered in Washington. If you are interested, please send a letter of interest and description of qualifications to Elizabeth Alley at email@example.com. We need occasional assistance with non-profit issues such as insurance, taxes, etc.
- Development Director We are seeking a candidate experienced in fundraising to take on the role of Development Director. The Development Director creates and implements a plan to solicit donors and identify funding sources, based on preliminary work already completed by the Executive Board. The Development Director will be a part of the Executive Board, which is comprised of officers and directors and oversees the day-to-day management of the non-profit organization, and will work closely with the Sponsorship Coordinator (Omar Jaramillo) who is already in place, to develop sponsorship opportunities.
