|At night, the streets of Cádiz become mysterious. Walking them is almost like time travel. Hard not to imagine Goya walking these ancient streets in the 1790s. I see him in his candle hat (for night painting), but I realize that's a reach. November 9: Cádiz is far from the vote, polling Cataluñans re: independance from Spain. Still I could hear arguments in the street.|
