The park is a hundred years old

As I am a bit slow and I hate the scanner, I had not shared sketches around here from the 42nd World Wide Sketchcrawl here in Sevilla.

We are meeting for sketching the Maria Luisa´s Park and the buildings around  from the Ibero-American Exposition held in Seville in 1929.

Parque Maria Luisa

The idea is to make a drawings exhibition to commemorate the centenary of the park, which opened on April 14, in 1914.

As you can see, I’m not very good at drawing vegetation. I like to see how carefully others draw plants.

I just do stains or splashes.

So I decided once again to draw monstrous buildings, as I have a master in this matter.

My sketchbook was a Japanese one so I drew everything together in the same drawing.

I started with one building and ended up on the other, in a kind of invention I call fusion building

(I hope architects can excuse me again).
