This is the drawing sketchbook of Seville that I drew last Saturday 14th September. We met more than 100 urban sketchers at this event organized by Fundacion TresCulturas, and the itinerary was designed by Inma Serrano.
This is a “Japanese” type of sketchbook, the only page folded over itself; the paper is appropriate to watercolor. The sketchbook was designed and made by Choni Naudin, very well knowned by her workshop in the Urban Sketchers symposium, with Isabel Seidel.
I was drawing since morning until night. The fold has more than one metre long. I use ink and watercolor for some details and aniline, another type of watercolor, for the background colors.
Seville is very near my hometown, Córdoba, but I couldn’t go to draw earlier, at last I could do it. I´m sorry for the quality of the image, I think that I have to change my scanner.
