Coffee in Denver, part II

If I do enough of these around Denver, maybe word will get out and I won't have to pay for coffee.  Doubtful, but a nice thought.

Would love to see a video of your drawing process. Amazing control/technique, and eye. Do you work directly with pen?

Thanks. In my moleskine sketches, yes, I work only with pen. In larger sketchbooks I sometimes use a pencil to block out rough proportions, as the two larger sketches here.

I like the creamers and coffee, very simple but a very engaging still life particularly with the pen technique used.
Great stuff.

Oh, I recognize this place--it the coffee shop on Tennyson! I have a Visual Art Journaling class across the street at Super Good Art Stuff two Saturday (first and third) mornings a month. Should meet to sketch at the Ten after my class sometime.
