Balancing Act

A slightly experimental painting of this afternoon's sundown behind the studio in my beloved Nether Edge, the experimental nature of which was at least partially forced by the circumstance of having to balance with my paints and sketchbook in mid air, wobbling atop a step-stool, so as to be able to see out of the Velux window. I do wish I hadn't stopped growing so early!
