Winter beach

We're having spring in the middle of the winter - beautiful sunny and fresh air days. Beaches was always my favorite places for sketching, but at winter they even nicer than at summer...

So, while I'm sketching Tel Aviv beaches, my thoughts take me to Barcelona's... I'm so happy and honored to be one of the instructors at the upcoming symposium in BCN and hope to have a lot of fun with you all together!

Your wintry spring looks a lot like our high summer! No doubt Barcelona will be very hot in July, and we will be crowding in the shade with our sketchbooks - it will be fun, and I also look forward to meeting a lot of sketchers (again, or for the first time).

Loved seeing the actual photo too so that we could see what you saw. Very helpful to those of us who are learning. Thank you!

It looks as if you've just finished your sketchbook, Marina - don't you use them from right to left in Israel?
