It's our Lake Shore Yacht Club in a park across the street. We had a family social membership last year to be able 1) use it's super safety playground and 2) sketch yachts. Wrong ideas - it's more fun running outside with no social obligations especially if there is a skating trail just across the bushes here - http://www.urbansketchers.org/2013/02/etobicoke-skating-trail.html
And sketching yacht possible without membership. It's dead ice now but in April there'll be spring harbor works performed to put the boats back to marina parking so the inner sailor instinct will get back to normal.
