At new years eve night in Berlin, the public transportation worked all night. A lot of people where going from one place to the other. There was a mega party at Brandenburger Tor, but I left that to the tourists, I prefer to avoid the mass-events and the dangerous way people here play with fireworks. So I spent with a small group of friends at one friends house.
At 2 in the morning the streets were full of people, many were already drunk. I saved a girl from being struck by the coming tram grabbing instinctively her arm, she looked numb at me still don't understanding what I wanted.
Inside the tram was full. Many people wore huts or costumes, like this guy in tiger Outfit.Another guy was constantly asking loud: "who is going to kiss me?"

Fun story and lovely depiction! I too prefer to avoid the mass-events, I spent the time watching TV program, saved my energy for new year's day sketch outing.
thanks Kumi, In Berlin, New years eve is like a war zone, people through fireworks to each other. itis really dangerous. this year was not so cold so there were a lot of people in the streets.
