Well, maybe not years, but it's definitely been a really long time since I last posted here. Commercial Illustration has made it very difficult for me to go out and draw, so my life sketches have started to suffer.
Found an old Moleskine lying around with a few blank pages left, so I decided to do a quick self portrait. Oh how I miss drawing in the Moleskine, ...the paper quality is so superior to everything else out there. :)
And here is a commission for a local client. It was a life drawing of a house on Patterson Avenue in Richmond, VA. Colored in Photoshop. :)
And lastly, a quick warm up drawing of my fiancee.
