Jardim da Estrela. Lisboa

Sitting on a bench and sketching passers-by, in this park located in the centre of Lisbon, is a good exercise. We can see people of all kinds and ages.
However, you’d better not overstay because after a while the drawings become stereotyped.

In memory of Cin Woods, illustrator, blogger and addicted to sketchbooks, who liked to draw people and used colours like nobody else.

i love your people sketches, these are a great tribute to Cindy

you should add more people to your sketches more often! i especially like the two girls sitting on the bench on the top left page.

Is not the drawings but the people that become stereotyped: we all tend to wear the same style of clothes!
